I love this time of year. It seems everyone here in Sacramento, CA
has an abundance of Meyers Lemon. And I am happy to say that I am a
recipient of a couple bags full. This sweet, more mellow lemon, makes
an excellent curd as well as tart. If you have a lot of lemons, it's time to
make a lemon tart.
