Irene Bertolucci is a professional Home Economist by training with over 22 years of experience in the Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco markets.
With extensive training in research, product and recipe development at Del Monte Foods, Irene has evolved her expertise in food science to encompass the culinary arts including Midwest, Southwest and Southern cuisines. Irene offers a full range of food styling services in creating images of food that are technically executed and aesthetically appealing for advertising, editorial and commercial purposes for print.
Her client list boasts Fortune 500 companies such as Williams Sonoma, United Airlines, Con Agra, Kraft and Pyrex. Her work has also been featured in Bon Appetit and cookbooks, Stop and Smell the Rosemary (Junior League of Houston), The Blue Book (Ball), and No Jacket Required (Neiman Marcus).
Irene tests and develops recipes for Smuckers, Keebler, Kraft Foods among many others. She has styled with Celebrity Chefs, Stephen Pyles, Dean Fearing, Victor Gillespie, Charlie Trotter, Norman Van Aken, Sam Choy and Martin Yan.
Irene is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
